When you shop with Uniform Link, here’s what you need to know:
Ordering and payment
- You can order through our website, by email, or directly with our team.
- Payment is made at the time of order through Stripe.
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Pick-up only
- School shop orders are pick-up only from our Cairns store:
2A / 110 Scott St, Bungalow, QLD, 4870. - We’ll let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Custom products
- Many of our items are custom-made with your school or team logo.
- Please check your proofs carefully before approving, as we can’t make changes once production starts.
- Colours must be chosen from our physical colour chart. Screens don’t always show colours accurately.
Intellectual property
- Our designs, images and content belong to Uniform Link. Please don’t copy or use them without permission.
- Any logos or artwork you provide remain yours, but you give us permission to use them for your order.
Liability
- We work hard to deliver quality products, but we’re not responsible for indirect or incidental losses that may result from using our site or products.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the item purchased.
