When did Uniform Link start supplying events merchandise?
We have been supplying event merchandise since 2008. That tells you that we’ve doing this for a long time. We have a lot of experience. But what’s more important is that in that time we have never missed supplying total fulfilment for an event. It’s a track record we’re proud of, and one we are determined to maintain.
Why is your supply chain so strong?
Over the years we’ve built an event management supply chain across multiple factories, each capable of delivering top quality products to exact specifications and demanding deadlines.
In this industry there are always curve balls, but because we have trusted relationships with the factory owners and their teams, every challenge can be met calmly and efficiently. We’re always on top of the logistics too. And it definitely helps to be in Australia. We’re in the same time zones as SE Asia, which makes it easier for phone calls and flights.
How many IRONMAN events have you worked on?
If we look at the total up to 2024, we have provided product giveaway solutions to 26 events managed by IRONMAN. Of these, 13 are IRONMAN events. This year, for the first time ever, we supplied IRONMAN events in Nice, France and Kona, Hawaii. It’s exciting to be given the opportunity and we’re keen to do more.
Do you just do sublimated shirts?
No, we don’t just do shirts. Our supply chain provides IRONMAN with access to an extensive range of custom products. Apart from running shirts, singlets and polos, we can create customised beach towels, gear bags, visors and caps. Plus, we can produce water bottles, reusable cups, silicone wrist bands. You name it, we can do it.

When will I receive my order?
Our job is to make sure your order arrives when you need it. To ensure we can do that, we start with your ‘must be here’ date and work backwards. We map out printing, delivery and design times to give you a definite date for when approvals and final numbers need to be confirmed by your team. By working to this process, Uniform Link is able to deliver on time every time. Our dedicated in-house supply chain manager also tracks all Uniform Link orders, so you can easily be updated on how your job is travelling. How’s that for peace of mind?
Can you match our existing uniforms?
Yes! We can match your uniforms with precision. Colours on a computer screen are a poor guide, so we use printed swatches of fabric to make sure we get a true match. This proven colour matching system achieves a perfect duplication for more than 99% of the products we create. This is why our ‘reject rates’ are incredibly low. In fact, they lead the industry.
Does artwork for sublimation cost more?
No! Sublimation printing is an advanced technique that creates long lasting transformation of the fabric colours. But the design process itself isn’t more expensive than other approaches. If you choose one of the eye-catching stock designs for a sublimation garment, you won’t pay anything extra for that design. You also have the option of getting creative and supplying your own artwork. Just have a chat with us about the best way to set up your artwork to make sure it meets our specs.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities vary depending on the type of product and how it’s being made. If you’re worried that your order may be too small, have a talk to our team. It may be that you can achieve the numbers you want by selecting a different production technique. You may also find that there’s greater flexibility around production numbers depending on whether you choose locally made uniforms or look to access our Australian owned off-shore factory.
